Within the first hour of operation in the Advanced Sleep Mode, the fan will not oscillate. Instead, the starting fan speed is determined by your current fan speed setting when you select this mode. After one hour, the fan will then begin oscillating and decreasing its speeds - this is to prevent you from getting uncomfortably cold from the constant wind. Following this, the fan's speeds will further adjust based on the room temperature, providing you with a cozy and comfortable night's experience.

When troubleshooting the fan, it is normal for the Advanced Sleep Mode to function as designed. The fan will automatically start oscillating after one hour of operation, which is the default setting. Please ensure during installation that the screws are aligned with the flat surface of the motor shaft, not the arc surface, as improper alignment can reduce the air output.

It is also possible that a timer was accidentally set prior to use. If this is the case, simply check the timer settings and try operating the fan again.

Additionally, check whether the fan is set to Advanced Sleep Mode or has the screen manually turned off. When the screen is off, the operation panel enters a semi-sleep state to prevent accidental touchings. To adjust the settings in this state, you will need to press the panel twice - the first press wakes it up, and the second press allows you to make setting changes.
